Pricing
Custom builds. Built for your needs.
When you need something our plans don’t do, we build it: a Community build is $45,000–$65,000, priced once, plus hosting of $200–$800/month at cost. We build it and run it for you, or hand over the code and accounts if you’d rather. Fundable through grants.

Add-ons, at any tier
Scoped add-ons at any tier, priced in your estimate: texting, custom forms, live video sessions, affiliate tracking, and automated group formation. The Assistant comes with Community builds and above.
Ranges reflect scope, not just member count.
A 1,000-member organization building a full-featured platform with mobile apps may invest more than a 10,000-member organization that needs a focused web platform. The strategy call gives you a range. You get a scoped estimate after discovery, and the price is fixed before the build starts. Grant documentation is available on request.
In their words
“This is a game changer for how we serve our community of men.”
Ways to pay
Pay as the work is delivered.
How you pay
Build payments are tied to project milestones, from kickoff through launch, so you pay as the work is delivered rather than all at once up front.
We can time those milestones to your grant disbursements or your budget cycle. Tell us what your finance team needs and we will build the schedule around it.
If the number is the obstacle
Some organizations can approve a project and some can only approve a line item. If you are the second kind, we can structure this as a monthly commitment, with the handover of the code and accounts at the end if you want it. Same platform, different shape on your budget.
Say so on the strategy call. We will lay out the monthly figure and the term for your scope before you commit to anything.
Not sure you need a build?
Most organizations start on a monthly plan: groups, giving, events, check-in, volunteers and messages, on one record per person, from $99 a month.
Platform stewardship
Your platform is built. This keeps it running.
We run it for you: secure, updated and improving, without you managing it.
Stewardship is optional. Some organizations take the handover of the code and accounts and run it in-house or with their own developer. These plans are for organizations that want Socio Connect to run it.
Steward
Start here$4,800/year
$400/month
Best for: Most organizations after launch. Move up if you regularly need more hours.
- Security patches and dependency updates
- Monthly platform health check
- Hosting monitoring and uptime alerts
- 12 hours a quarter for updates and small changes (4 a month, pooled)
- Email support (48-hour response time)
Guardian
$9,600/year
$800/month
Best for: Active communities with regular content, events, and member growth
- 30 hours a quarter for updates and feature adjustments (10 a month, pooled)
- Quarterly platform performance review
- Analytics reporting: engagement, growth and retention, summarized monthly
- Integration monitoring (CRM sync, email platform, payment processor)
- Priority email support (24-hour response time)
- One annual planning call with the Socio Connect team
Partner
$18,000/year
$1,500/month
Best for: Organizations actively expanding their platform and needing a dedicated technical partner
- 60 hours a quarter of development (20 a month, pooled): new features, design changes, expansion work
- Dedicated Slack channel with the Socio Connect team
- Bi-monthly strategy calls
- Roadmap planning and feature prioritization support
- First priority on new build capacity
- Same-day response on urgent issues
Hosting
$200–$800
per month, billed at cost
All stewardship plans are annual agreements. Hosting ($200–$800/month) is billed at cost, separately from stewardship pricing.
No surprise invoices
Beyond your plan hours
$125/hour on a plan, $150/hour without one. Anything over 4 hours gets a fixed-price quote you approve in writing first. Nothing is billed without your approval.
Changes during the build
The price is fixed before the build starts. Swap an item for something of similar size at no charge, or add work through a fixed-price change order you approve first.
90-day launch warranty
Anything we built wrong is fixed free for 90 days after launch, and never uses your plan hours.
Price locked for 2 years
Your plan price is locked for 2 years from launch. After that it can rise by at most 5% a year, with 90 days' notice.
Which plan? Start with Steward. If you regularly need more than about 7 hours a month, Guardian costs less than Steward plus extra hours.
Not sure which plan fits? We’ll recommend one during the strategy call.
Apply for a Strategy CallHonestly
When this is not the right move.
We will tell you on the call if a custom build does not make sense for you yet.
If one of our monthly plans covers what you need, start there: it costs less and it’s running this month. If you do not have someone who will own this internally after launch, a platform will not fix your engagement problem. If your budget would have to come out of program funding this year, wait.
We would rather you build with us when the timing is genuinely right.
