Trust
Your people and your money stay yours.
You're trusting us with the people you care for and the money they give. Here's exactly how we handle both, in plain words that match our terms.

No cut of your giving
Gifts, dues and ticket sales go straight to your organization’s own Stripe account. We never add a platform fee. Stripe charges its usual card fee, and donors can choose to cover it.
Your data, exportable any time
You and your organization keep ownership of everything you add. An admin can export it whenever they like.
Leave whenever you want
Plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. If you leave, export your data, and we delete it when you ask.
Never sold
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
The Assistant
AI that suggests. Your team decides.
The Assistant tells your team who needs them this week and drafts the note. These are the rules it keeps.
Drafts, and your team sends
The Assistant suggests who to reach and drafts the note. Nothing reaches a member until someone on your team sends it.
Shows its reasons
Every name on the list comes with why it’s there: a first visit, three missed Sundays, a gift that stopped. No unexplained scores.
Never trains AI on your people
What the Assistant reads is sent to our AI provider only to write the response, and is never used to train its models.
Your data stays yours
You keep ownership of everything you add. Export it any time, and we delete it when you leave if you ask. We don’t sell personal information.
Safety
Built for the people you care for.
Kids check-in and pickup
Check-in prints matching labels, and every pickup is logged, so you can see who collected each child and when.
Roles for every job
Owners, admins, leaders and members each get the access their role allows, so the right people see the right records.
